Insurance Coverage:

Our licensed providers are in-network with Aetna, Cigna, Optum/UnitedHealthcare UHC | UBH, and medicaid plans For other insurers, we are considered out-of-network. Please note that services from pre-licensed providers are generally not covered by insurance.

Before scheduling, we encourage you to verify your mental health benefits with your insurance provider. Key questions include:

• Are mental health services covered?
• Is there a deductible, and has it been met?
• What is the session limit per year?
• Is approval required from my primary care physician?

For specific services like psychoeducational testing and couples therapy, please be aware that they may not be covered under “medically necessary” services and might be out-of-pocket expenses.

For those needing financial assistance, limited slots are available for reduced-cost services by our doctoral trainees under licensed supervision. Inquire for details.

Cancellation Policy:

Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance for therapy appointments and 48 hours for psychological evaluations to avoid a cancellation fee as per our Office Policies.

Surprise Billing Protection:

You are protected from surprise billing for emergency services and certain in-network hospital services. You will only be charged in-network rates for these services. For detailed information on patient protections against surprise billing, please contact us.
